PPRAU currently ships orders within Australia only.
Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before an order is placed.
Free express shipping is applied automatically when the eligible cart subtotal is at least $250 AUD. Eligibility and final charges are shown at checkout.
Shipping charges are in Australian dollars. PPRAU is not registered for GST, so GST is not included or charged.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Cost: $10 AUD
Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping
Cost: $15 AUD
Estimated delivery timeframe: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and carrier network
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur, but this does not limit our obligations or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after payment has been received and confirmed.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Payment clearance
- Order volume
- Public holidays
- Delivery address verification
- Carrier availability
Once an order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products may require temperature-controlled handling or express shipping.
Where applicable, the available shipping options displayed at checkout will reflect the shipping method required for the relevant product.
Customers are responsible for collecting and storing delivered products promptly and in accordance with any storage information supplied with the order.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
PPRAU is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failure to collect a parcel
- Delivery instructions provided incorrectly
- Carrier delays outside our reasonable control
If a parcel is returned because the delivery details supplied were incorrect or incomplete, or it was not collected, reasonable re-delivery costs may apply and will be disclosed before re-dispatch.
Tracking
Customers can check their order status through the Track Your Order page using their order number and billing email address.
Carrier tracking may take time to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery estimates. This does not limit our obligations or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us promptly with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Photos of the parcel and packaging, where applicable
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess the issue and assist where appropriate. If an order is lost or damaged before delivery, we will investigate and provide any remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Do not send returns to an address shown on a shipping label. If a return is approved after initial review, the applicable return address and instructions will be provided by email.
Research-Use Notice
All products supplied by PPRAU are supplied strictly as reference materials for lawful in-vitro laboratory, analytical, educational, and research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food, cosmetics, dietary supplementation, or administration to humans or animals.
