7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. PPRAU is not registered for GST, so GST is not included or charged.
Payment methods may include bank transfer and any other payment options displayed at checkout.
For bank transfer payments, orders may not be processed until cleared funds are received. You must use your order number as the payment reference where requested.
We may correct pricing or availability errors before accepting an order. Once an order is accepted, later website price changes do not alter that order unless required by law or agreed with you.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship according to the shipping options displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, payment clearance, carrier delays, incorrect address details, weather events, public holidays, regulatory issues, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address provided, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Storage and Handling
You are responsible for storing, handling, and using products safely and appropriately after delivery.
Where storage instructions are provided, they are general product handling instructions only and do not change the research-only status of the products.
We are not responsible for degradation, contamination, damage, misuse, or loss caused by improper storage, handling, reconstitution, transport, or use after delivery.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers may be entitled to remedies where goods or services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees. Remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedies depending on the circumstances.
Due to the nature of research materials, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, opened products, used products, products that have left appropriate storage conditions, or products that may have been contaminated or compromised after delivery.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, contact us promptly with:
- your order number;
- photos of the product and packaging;
- a description of the issue;
- any relevant delivery information.
We will assess the issue and provide a remedy where required by law.
Do not send products to an address shown on a shipping label. If, after initial review, a return is approved for assessment or remedy, PPRAU will email the applicable return address and instructions. PPRAU does not operate a public returns counter. This process does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. No Resale or Misrepresentation
You must not resell, relabel, repackage, advertise, promote, or supply our products in a way that suggests they are intended for human use, animal use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, clinical use, bodybuilding use, weight loss use, anti-ageing use, or any other non-research purpose.
You must not use our business name, product images, descriptions, batch information, or documents to make claims that are inconsistent with these Terms.
12. Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we suspect misuse, fraud, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or activity that creates risk for us, our customers, or third parties.
13. Website Access and Security
We may use age verification, bot detection, CAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, fraud screening, account restrictions, IP controls, or other security measures.
We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the website where we suspect automated activity, scraping, spam, abuse, fraud, security threats, false information, or breach of these Terms.
You must not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the website, access restricted areas, scrape data, reverse engineer functionality, or use the website in a way that may damage or overload our systems.
